Works are progressing with the second phase of the project commencing

As part of our continued efforts to improve the facilities for all visitors to HBF Stadium we are installing new carpet along the full length of the concourse.

Works commenced on Thursday 5 October and are expected to be completed by Thursday 26 October. All effort is being made to minimise any impact to your regular visit.

There will be no changes to current venue access but please take note of the following details:

  • From Thursday 5 October, the concourse will be split in half lengthwise. You will still be able to access the concourse, including toilet facilities. Directional signage will be in place to assist your journey to your chosen location.
  • Hoarding will be in place around the project site to help minimise any dust and noise.
  • During the second phase of the project, 19 - 26 October, the Indoor 50m pool grandstand will be closed. Additional chairs will be provided on pool deck. Access from the Bruce Prance Dryland Diving Centre to pool deck will not be impacted.
  • Special condition: Spectators attending The Stadium Masters swimming event, 9:00am to 1:00pm, Sunday 22 October will have access in part to the grandstand. At all other times during 19 - 26 October the grandstand will be closed.
If you have any queries or require assistance, a member of our HBF Stadium team will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can provide feedback on the project via our website.

Thank you for your patience as we complete these works to improve our facilities at HBF Stadium.
